I like having something to do. Something sort of productive, so i start little things. I guess a few days ago i decided to flesh out a video game design. I've got some concept art going, and I've designed half of the characters, I have the concept. I think this might mean this game will be a Reality.
Also, designing characters is the best. The best is when you design a character you dislike, it makes writing them more 3d because to hate one of your own characters is for them to be separate from you as a person.
